2 Garlic Cloves, Minced
1 Tablespoon Minced Ginger
1-3 Teaspoons Chili Garlic Sauce, To Taste
1 Tablespoon Soy Sauce
1 Tablespoon Rice Vinegar
1 Teaspoon Honey
1 Tablespoon Canola Oil
1 Pound Green Beans, Trimmed
5 Dried Chili Peppers
2 Scallions, Minced
2 Tablespoons White Sesame Seeds
- In a small bowl, whisk together the garlic, ginger, chili-garlic sauce, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and honey.
- In a large skillet or wok, heat the oil over medium-high heat. Add the green beans and cook, stirring for 3-5 minutes, until you see blisters. Add the dried chili peppers and toast for 1 minute.
- Add sauce mixture and cook for 1-2 more minute, until the liquid is evaporated and the beans are crisp-tender.
- Sprinkle with scallions and sesame seeds to serve.
