1 Pound Large Shell-on Shrimp
2 Cups Cherry Tomatoes
4 Garlic Cloves, Peeled
1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
½ Teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes
½ Teaspoon Kosher Salt, To Taste
Fresh Basil, For Garnish
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- In a baking dish, toss the shrimp, cherry tomatoes, and garlic with the olive oil, red pepper flakes, and salt.
