1 Jalapeño Or Thai Red Chili, Minced
1 Head Celery, Sliced Into ¼-Inch Slices On The Diagonal
3 Tablespoons Soy Sauce, To Taste
Minced Cilantro And Scallions For Garnish, Optional
- Heat the oil in a large skillet or wok over high heat until shimmering. Add the garlic and chili and cook, stirring, for 30 seconds, until fragrant.
- Add the celery and cook, stirring until it beings to soften, about 3 minutes. Add the soy sauce and cook for another minute. Garnish with cilantro and scallions to serve.
