4 Medium-Large Sweet Potatoes
Toppings: Creme Fraiche, Sour Cream, Sesame Seeds, Hot Sauce, Nut Butter, Tahini, Herbs, etc.
- Add two inches of water to a large pot with a steamer basket. Place the potatoes inside, cover and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat to a simmer and steam for 40-45 minutes, or until the potatoes are very fork-tender.
- Remove the potatoes from the pot and let them cool slightly. Slice in half and serve with toppings of your choice.
