This light and refreshing mint yogurt dip is perfect on lamb, pita and vegetables!

14 Ounce Plain Greek Yogurt
1 Tablespoon Honey
½ Lemon, Juiced
½ Teaspoon Salt
2 Small Garlic Cloves, Minced
¼ Cup Minced Fresh Mint
For Serving: Radishes, Celery, Carrots, etc.
- In a bowl, whisk together the yogurt, honey, lemon juice, salt, garlic, and mint until smooth. Taste and adjust the seasoning with more salt and/or lemon juice.
- Serve with fresh veggies of choice.
