Honey Butter Braised Rasdishes

2 Bunches Red Radishes, Trimmed And Halved If Large

2 Garlic Cloves, Minced Or Grated

2 Tablespoons Unsalted Butter

1 Tablespoon Honey

½ Teaspoon Kosher Salt, To Taste

1.     In a medium saucepan, combine the radishes, garlic, butter, honey, and salt. Add water just to cover the radishes. 

2.     Bring to a boil and reduce the heat to a simmer. Cook for 12 minutes, uncovered. The liquid should reduce. 

3.     Remove the radishes from the pot with a slotted spoon and cover to keep warm. If necessary, continue to reduce the liquid in the pot to a glaze-like consistency. Toss the radishes in the glaze to coat and season to taste.
