1 Acorn Squash
1 Red Onion, Sliced Into ¼-Inch Pieces
1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
4 Sprigs Fresh Rosemary
½ Teaspoon Cinnamon
¼ Teaspoon Cayenne

2 Red Apples

the oven to 375°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Slice
the squash in half, scoop out the seeds and cut each half into ¼-inch
wedges.
