1 Teaspoon Dijon Mustard

½ Teaspoon Salt, to Taste

Black pepper to Taste

4 Cups Purple Cabbage, Thinly Sliced

1 Bunch Radishes, Thinly Sliced

8 Medjool Dates, Thinly Sliced

½ Cup Walnuts, Chopped
