Cabbage and Radish Slaw with Dates

A lot of slaw recipes require mayonnaise, but not this one! This quick and easy to make coleslaw is a radiant dish to bring to any table. And it’s loaded with such great nutrients, how could you pass this up?

¼ Cup Apple Cider Vinegar

¼ Cup Olive Oil

1 Teaspoon Dijon Mustard

½ Teaspoon Salt, to Taste

Black pepper to Taste

4 Cups Purple Cabbage, Thinly Sliced

1 Bunch Radishes, Thinly Sliced

8 Medjool Dates, Thinly Sliced

½ Cup Walnuts, Chopped



  1. In a large
    bowl, whisk together the vinegar, olive oil, mustard, salt, and pepper.
  2. Add the
    cabbage, radishes, dates, and walnuts to the dressing and toss to coat.
