Grilled Peaches with Balsamic Glaze

4 large peaches, halved and pitted

2 teaspoons olive oil

Vanilla ice cream or whipped cream

Balsamic glaze

Flaky salt, for garnish, optional



  1. Heat a grill to medium heat.
  2. Brush the cut sides of each peach half with olive oil and grill cut-side down for 4-5 minutes, until char marks appear. Flip the peaches, move to indirect heat and cook for another 5 minutes.
  3. Transfer the peaches to a platter and top with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or a dollop of whipped cream. Drizzle with balsamic glaze and sprinkle with flaky salt.
