2 Cups Mixed Herbs (Basil, Oregano, Cilantro,
Parsley, Tarragon, Chives)
1 Garlic Clove
2-4 Tablespoons Olive Oil
1 Lemon, Juiced
Salt and Pepper, to Taste
- Place all of
the ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth. Add
more olive oil as necessary to reach the desired consistency.
- Taste and
adjust the seasoning with salt and pepper.
