1 Frozen Banana
½-1 Cup Unsweetened Almond Milk or Dairy Milk
2 Tablespoons Quick Oats
Toppings of Choice: Fresh Strawberries, Coconut
Flakes, Banana, Granola

ingredients in a high-speed blender and blend on high until smooth, adding
more milk as necessary to reach your desired consistency.
