bowl, combine the chili powder, paprika, cumin, oregano, and salt. - Heat the oil
in a large cast iron skillet over medium. When the oil is hot, add the
peppers, onions, spice blend, and garlic. Cook, tossing regularly, until
the peppers are softened but still crisp, about 5 minutes. Add cilantro,
squeeze the lime juice on top, toss, taste, and adjust seasoning. - Serve in
tortillas with toppings of choice.
