2 Pounds Red Radishes, Trimmed and Halved
1½ Tablespoon Olive Oil
1 Tablespoon Maple Syrup
1 Teaspoon Kosher Salt, to Taste
Handful of Fresh Dill Fronds, Minced
1 Lemon, Zested
- Preheat the
oven to 450°F. Place an oven-proof skillet or baking sheet in the oven to
heat up while you proceed with the recipe.
- In a large
bowl, whisk together the olive oil, maple syrup, and salt. Add the
radishes and toss to coat evenly. Transfer to the hot skillet or baking
sheet and roast until fork-tender starting to caramelize, 10-12 minutes,
stirring after 5 minutes.
- Transfer the
roasted radishes to a serving bowl and toss with dill, lemon juice and
lemon zest. Adjust seasoning with salt.
