Blueberry Smoothie

Try our blueberry smoothie for a healthy breakfast or Snack.  It’s easy and a fast great way for kids to get their fruit and veggie serving in for the day!

2 Cups Fresh Blueberries

2 Cups Yogurt – Pre-Freeze in an Ice Cube Tray

1 Tablespoon Honey – Add More if Preferred

1 Cup Milk – 2% Dairy, Almond Milk, Rice Milk or Coconut Milk
