1 Tablespoon Soy Sauce
1 Teaspoon Honey or Brown Sugar
2 Garlic Cloves, Minced
1 Inch Ginger, Minced or Grated
1 Tablespoon Canola Oil
1 Shallot, Sliced Thinly
2 Bunches Rainbow Chard, Chopped
Sesame Seeds, for Garnish

- In a small
bowl, combine the mirin, soy sauce, honey, garlic, and ginger.
- Heat the oil
in a large skillet over medium-high heat. When hot, add the shallot and
cook until softened, 2-3 minutes. Add the rainbow chard and sauce and
stir-fry for two minutes, until just wilted.
- To serve,
garnish with sesame seeds.
